Your words resonate so much with what has happened in my life. God‘s word is a daily part of my life, and more so since I stopped trying to race through the Bible every year. There may have been a time when I needed that and had the time to do it, but it began to be less encouraging and more of something just to check off my list. Lately, as I get the urge to jump quickly into the next chapter or section, it’s as though God is asking me, “What’s your hurry? Isn’t there enough here for you to think and meditate about?” It is wonderful to be free to go at the Spirit’s pace! Thank you, Nika!
