Yeah she’s done a few live video recaps but nothing real time. Pre market prep, choosing the right stocks etc. But I know this is typical YT stuff, they don’t give away the whole kitchen just little bits here and there for views. Most people want real time and yet it’s the rarest trading content

What time are you supposed to run the scans to find gap up/down stocks? If you run them before the opening bell, the first price hasn't printed yet so there wouldn't be anything to gap. But then if you run a scan after the opening bell wouldn't it be too late to catch anything? Am I overthinking this?

What I will want to be doing every day from now on is Charting out $SPY and see why it has moved up or down sharply. If I can get a good understanding of that, soon I will make a option play. Creating a log book is very important, unfortunately yall gurus don't believe the same.

Try trading in a paper account/simulator till you find what works - and it may take months or years. Use smaller share size and set low risk stops.
