It's awkward, but I like it. It feels like how I would act if put in front of a camera to speak about something. So to balance off the recent updates to shield/turret breaking (Bastion), a more versatile version of Reinhardt is provided. Orisa needs a bit more health and the barrier needs to be a little bigger/beefier to compete with reinhardt. I think a 15% size increase and a 100 health increase to shield and Orisa will help push her into "Anchor Tank" territory, where right now she feels a bit more like a secondary/accessory tank that helps keep pharahs and flankers a bit more in check

Actually, the model is an omnic. The OR-15 is an update to the OR-14, which was used in the Omnic Crisis if I remember right. So Orisa is an omnic, just a modified version.

I think the reason for this is because he maybe only carries one shield with him, and has to wait for it to turn off before using it again. Still, doesn't make much sense as he can basically place it at the other side of the map and then magicly have it with him again. I would like as well that the cooldown starts right after he deployed it.

Bahpu# That's... not how technology works. At all. That boggles my mind. In one respect (and only one) they're right, in that a PC of specs equal to the console it's running on will get worse performance than the console, because developers know how to use the console to its full extent, and can personalized for the technology. That´s my opinion, too. I can´t take him seriouse as a tank any more, because he is quicker dead, than any other hero, so he is really useless to many. Getting quick in and out doesn´t work with the loading time of his jump, so he is dead. Sorry, but Winston defenitly needs a rework and a stat boost, so he can compete with other tanks anymore.

I just got back from playing her on PTR, she is amazing mechanically, she actually reminds me of all tanks combined into one, The pulse has a cooldown (similar to sollie 76), she can put down a shield with 900 health, and its like reinhardt's shield, Fortify makes her dangerous to crowds and her gun is like bastions machine gun hand mounted and more accurate. She is like all Tanks combined into one

PLEAASE BUFF WINSTON!!! his bubble shield is way too weak and he has low health for the character he is, if you don't buff the shield buff his gun, if any hero like road hog or reaper get close he is dead

Reaper is a tank counter. He is built to take down tanks. Roadhog can hook a Winston but Winston can leap away. Roadhog isn't a good counter to Winston since Winston can deal constant damage to Roadhog while he reloads.

RF NDC D yea exactly winston is nothing compared to reaper and roadhog and honestly he is only good for killing lucio and genji but besides that every tank is better. now ive seen some amazing winstons who is just doing everything the perfectly. but he is still not worth picking over any other tank.
