thank goodness sailors are realizing crew comfort = performance. That first race leg last year I couldn't believe how loud the boats where and how violent the ride was.

I'm sure your efforts will pay off and the skippers will be grateful for your achievements. Probably wise to choose the alarm tones carefully to be something that is not common in the outside world. Otherwise you might face the situation that every time a lorry backs up the Pavlov effect kicks in and your body is pumping adrenalin.
