There is more to the Heroic Journey than the stages of the model….its true gift to us is in helping us develop the mindset of journeying heroically. Peter Bailey believes that by reframing our experiences, we can practice the Heroic Journey Mindset as an intentional method to improve the outcome of any situation. Peter H. Bailey, ’82, is the president of a small global strategic consulting firm where he specializes in engaging business leaders and teams in transformational experiences which enhance their mindset and skillset for working better together. He is a multi-faceted experiential designer and facilitator who has delivered over 30 years of education-based adventure and innovative training to executives and management teams. A life-long learner and adventure-seeker, he feels blessed to have traveled, worked and lived in over 50 countries around the world. This is the first time he is speaking at a Tedx event.
