Great talk. Here are the main points you can keep for future reference. Set goals and intentions organize external life to expand creativity - this will help regulate your energy Satvik ways of living e.g. yoga will make you change your priorities Discipline your mind - learning to focus. sustained focus. The mind should not look for external entertainment Purity of intention ( 100% commitment ) e.g. not because of what your parents or others say you should do. Develop Concentration - take up one idea - think of it, live it Avoid unnecessary and useless things Be detached from the outcome when taking action. Give back to life, do work as worship Develop decision-making skills - Know all the options - differentiate between what is preferable, and pleasurable - make a decision with a conscious mind Keep doing good work ( Karma yog ) to refine the emotional quotient of your mind See your work in a larger context ( everything we do is part of a larger cosmic force) Manage time - do important things first and put more energy into it everyday - prioritize everyday tasks - Keep a to-do list. Update it everyday - Keep a clean environment - Keep distractions like whatsapp, email, social media at specific times.

By routine what she means is Discipline . Discipline is a word which is not properly explained to us in school. Sharuk is extremely hardworking and Disciplined in doing things that he knows will lead him to his goal. Example he will never miss his daily exercise plan. His diet . He may one day do it early morning but next day he may do it late 9 pm. But he commits to do it every day. That's what routine is and will power is. Not giving up on things that are important for attaining your goal. Staying fit is very important goal for him. Like this there can he many have other goals .

Tech entrepreneurs of today were extremely focused in their endeavour to the extent that they forsaked thier degrees to achieve thier goal. So personally i feel the question asked by that boy is totally irrelevant.

Namaste Mataji , you're a great spiritual leader of today's time. Just an opinion from my side the examples of Winston Churchill shouldn't be there, he was against Indians, gave derogatory remarks to Indian females and was behind the famine in India, secondly the Mahatma Gandhi example I'd say we didn't got independence by mere non violence. If Gandhi is great then he also did partition so I don't think these examples were suitable here. Btw you're an honorable person and I'm watching this course as I want to change my lifestyle. 😊🙏
