her ult grants buff to a selected target which basically just means more damage from Impromptu Incantations her voiceline is just long, she wasn't reacting to anything

Voyager and Matilda's buffs were made with her mechanic in mind so theyre already given. Other than them, anybody that eat eureka fast are her bestfriends like Marcus, Flutterpage and Getian (but the latter two are reality)
