Yes, he's more passive than other awpers like S1mple. But this is what works best for the Astralis machine, the reason S1mple plays like this is because he needs to deliver extreme amounts of frags for his team to succeed. Love it or hate it, Device's way is objectively better and is just generally more proficient for Astralis.
