Cannot predict how many people will become gadha by this builder who don't want to mention their names in agreement.....they can escalate price anytime, they sell VIRTUAL SPACE with no identity of any physical space....it's equivalent to a shopkeeper giving a note written on paper that he has booked milk packets bu taking money and then tell that milk will be white but if it has some MALAI, then he will escalate the price...if milk packet that will come after few years(that buyer has purchased right now) has color other than white-blue, then he will charge extra.....then after getting the milk packets from company, shopkeeper will give it on lease to someone and then he will give 12% for few months and 10% also for few months....HOW ABSURD THE SITUATION WILL BE???? Abey, apna milk apne paas rakh dukaan Wale ....kyon gadha bana raha hai public ko....RERE Aisa agreement ko kaise paas kar sakta hai....kya rera so Raha tha ya usse kuch samajh hi nahin aata....KRISH RAO SIR, NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE OVER RERA....YOU SHOULD BE HEADING RERA AND WIPE OUT THESE CONFUSION CREATING BUILDERS FROM MARKET FOREVER

Ab toh Charon aur building hi buildings hain, commercial shops ka koi level nahin hai....shops toh aajkal chaltee hi naheen....malls flop ho rahe hain.....online log mangwa lete hain.....online companies bhi aaj tak profit mein nahee aayeen....log Inka virtual shops lekar kya siir maaree karenge....bhaiyon, mat lo ek bhi shop...apna paise 7%-8% FD mein lagao....utna return se middle class ko satisfy rehna parega......bekar mein apni energy, time, money mat loose Karo....aise builders ko dekhte hi pitayee karnee chahiye
