Thank you for your advice im 72 years i have 2 sons 2 bahu's and 4 grand children so im a happy woman i like your videos thank you very much i walked alone but from some days im not going because of my time with my household because i live seperate from children but in same place but i do my kichen and my houshold alone i like my life i have a senior citizens group that every month 1 day outing we enjoy with my group.thanks ounce again i follow you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
