Doctor Madam, you said eat at right time. What is the right time? Right time is the time you really feel hungry? Or typicalLY morning, noon and night? In fact recently I switched eating my food based on really hungry (not sucumbed to temptation) and find over whole better health, reduction on my belly fat. I don’t know whether it’s scientific. Best pranayama for BP I found are Sheetkari and Sheetali…..they reduce systolic by about 15 points and diastolic by about 7 points for me. Need to do these for 5 mins each.
