One of the things I definitely prefer from 4 over 5 is how intense/ over the top Nero’s voicelines are. His DMC4 “DOUBLE DOWN” just sounds so much better than the 5 one. I also miss the “1,2 Blast” and “catch this” lines.

His voice lines fit his character in each game. In 4 he's young and is more intense In 5 he's slightly older and and has chilled out a bit because of that and his devil hunting plus having kind of a little family but has moments of losing it like in Dmc 4.

@@Tokumei-ST yeah, but the DT we see in DMC 5 has a different design (hell, even overall shape) than the stand from DMC 4, which looked bigger and more like some sort of demonic samurai, I'm not saying the one from 5 looks bad, but if at some point they decide to give Nero a Sin Devil Trigger (like they did with Dante and Vergil at 5) I hope it gets designed out of his DMC 4 devil trigger

in the dmc4 novel. explains that when nero was absorbed by the savior red queen and blue rose where destroyed(melted), that's the reason for the redesign in 5 nero had to rebuilt them instead of getting one from the order(red queen). But i agree OG blue rose and red queen are incredible looking weapons
