14 minutes in so idk if you realized it later on, but the chimera enemies, the really annoying ones that just attack at random with their tentacles, if you shoot them you can disable their attack for a period of time, charge shot works better for that ofc

I know you don't like backseat gaming but just one quick tip for when you're playing as Dante, if you just hit the buttons and bend the sticks at the correct times you can kill most things in the game. Enjoy.
