I’d recommend moving shadow to R2 and Griffen to L2, way easier on my hands for V, especially for bloody palace runs, instantly improved my V gameplay

i don't remember if lucid mentioned it it's kind of a basic tip but i'll say it when one of your "pets" dies you can get close to them and they will revive faster

As someone who has a few hundred hours in the game these are still good guides. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the run. Mission 5 was a pain for me, im terrible with V and the first fight and greyon gave me way to much trouble. Mission 10 is the other that took many attempts. I just enjoy watching people style and play the game.

Does using DT on Griffon and Shadow decrease style rank? Because I thought that (just like in Bloody Palace) DT Shadow is more effective than summoning Nightmare (only to revive pets).

Play super safe using distance and the camera for almost every fight, and spam side dodge anytime it gets hairy, for the horse boss when nightmare is not out I’m practically only spamming dodge until I get time to get dt back. V is the easiest of the four characters to no damage run levels, and I think it’s required for a few of his missions to get enough points for S rank on HaH
