I made the design in Mobile, first I painted a sprite all black and in another layer I put the same image over the colored sprite and make it transparent, then make a third layer and highlight the lines with the corresponding color, red in the case of Tabi, then remove the transparent layer and only the color black layer will remain and the red one

It sounds difficult but it can be done quickly and for the flames draw them the same way as the original
