Heya again, it's Story time guy's, First of all, just for the cover, in this “timeline” Tails Dies, after fight or flight, furnace he catches him from behind and kills him. Why Starved Looks like that? Since Starved was trying to find the master emerald to upgrade Furnace, but you know, Sonic can be Super with that and Starved eat Sonic, so he only mutated, and he upgrade Furnace with that, and he could “revived” Amy, Tails and Sonic and control them with the master emerald, but Sonic is trying to fight back. Why Mighty is there? After Ray's death, he wanted revenge so he finds Starved but he team up with Knuckles and Yeah Friendship.

I love how Tails seems like he's gone mad and I'd like too think that he survived the encounter in Fight or Flight but slowly starts to go crazy out of fear of Starved sneaking up on him and trying to eat him. Lore: After Eggman used his time stones, he set on a new quest, he set on the chaos emeralds, with them, every one will die in instants, meaning loads of food for him. He uses the chaos emeralds to bring back Amy, Tails, and Sonic to all fight for him when needed, he decided to give the green chaos emerald to Furnace, that's how we got NEO Furnace. Knuckles, the only one left fights all of them, Sonic, with a little bit of his sanity left, fights against the red head, mocking him, making him enraged. Knuckles looks like it's the end for him but Mighty the Armadillo comes in and saves the day, they fight against Egg head and his servants, one by one they're defeated, and soon Red head was defeated. Knuckles and Mighty use the time stones to turn back before Egg man can eat the flicky and knocking it out of his hand, making this realm, saved.

Gimmicks: Amy: Could start crying, making missing a note deal more damage. Tails: You have to press space to avoid being slashed. Being slashed takes 50 hp. Sonic: Will drop rings which can take place for HP like in the original triple trouble. Eggnophanes and Neo Furnace: Neo Furnace blasts Knuckles with a huge flame and you have to press space to dodge otherwise you die. Mighty: Missing has no consequence and you heal fast. Last part: All the mechanics you learnt previously (but healing is slower and you still lose HP for missing)

A bit of a lore idea I had for this was that Starved put the timestones into Furnace to power him, turning him into Neo Furnace like here. Sonic partially destroyed Furnace when he entered the fight, but Furnace repaired himself with the timestones. Finally, when Mighty joins in, he destroys Furnace completely by barreling into him, snatching the stones for himself. The reason why the previous characters join in is because Mighty is using the stones to revert everything back to the way it used to be, which is also why he and Knuckles fist bump at the end

Love this! Just my only (minor issue, this is still great) is Mighty’s design. Maybe making him more battle ready (yes he’s an armadillo which is a living suit of armour but still) like maybe some sort of headband like Knuckles? You don’t have to do this, just an idea!

@@Arandoman616 or it could be just xeno really, since I haven't read the comics where Fleetway's appearance happens I'm not gonna be exactly sure if this statement stands but Wasn't Fleetway born from uncontrollable chaos energy with the help between the chaos emeralds & master emerald? I find it physically impossible for him to appear here But Xeno on the other hand... he's a exception since in another song that has originally called "bloodshed" (not the ron song.) Xeno was able to restore Sonic's body completely back into it's prime only with him taking control of it, just being slightly weaker because of how much power it probably took to fully take control

I'm glad you took my suggestion of Sonic mocking Eggman! Although if I had to give a suggestion, is that the characters should have their own motifs in their section. Amy could be her theme from SA1 Tails it could be "I wanna fly high" Sonic it could be "The fastest thing alive" from Sonic SATAM Starved could have the "E.G.G.M.A.N" motif Furnace could have the Sonic Forces Metal Sonic theme And Mighty could have a motif from Knuckles Chaotix or that SegaSonic game where he first appeared. This is just a suggestion, though! I still love how you did the song.

My headcanon on the events after the song: After him and Mighty defeated Eggnophanes and Neo Furnace, Knuckles used his treasure hunter skills to locate the time stones and used them to travel back in time to finish the job before Starved could ever taste his first flicky. (Yes, that means he killed Eggman. I find that in character for Knuckles to do after witnessing the dark future that would have happened otherwise)

It took me SO long to realize that the "You gotta help me" was from "There's something about Amy part 3". I only figured it out when I rewatched the series today. Wow.

Things of note for lore... Neo Furnace. Furnace died fighting Sonic so this must be his rebuilt form. Similarly the bodies of Amy, Tails, and Sonic no longer exist. Robotnik ate them. Which means the doctor has found a way to bring back JUST their souls. Tails looks older, but still has his knife, so it's safe to say the doctor had to hunt him for a few years. There are also more unseen kills. Perhaps these souls are what is burning inside the new Furnace? Knuckles however has always survived, presumably by beating down Furnace as many times as it takes... But he couldn't save Amy or Tails. Mighty, however. There's a lot to say. Firstly, "This time, I'll stop you." He doesn't sound confident. He doesn't sound like himself. He sounds scared, and desperate. To me that means he's seen what Furnace and Eggman are capable of. Further evidenced by "THIS TIME" in his quote. Mighty tried, and failed, to protect someone close to him. I think it was probably Ray. The fear, the desperation comes from the idea of another friend dying in front of him. Knuckles can't run, can't hide, and even if he could his friend's souls are being tormented. He has to free them, and won't leave. I think that's why Mighty kept his hope. What Ray and Moss taught him wasn't for nothing.

After reading some comments I indeed thing Mighty has undergone the same thing as Knuckles. I think why eggman looks so pissed off is because he has to fight the two at the same time. Like there is an other side in which Might goes against Ray and sone other guys.
