Something I realized here: we've talked about Shallot's Zenkai boost.... but what about Cell's? He has Saiyan DNA as well and benefits from coming back after defeat in DBZ... and he's been defeated in the vs series almost as much as Shallot has.

Yeah. I was curious about that too. Plus he has golden form and ultra instinct himself from previous battles in the DAU. No one talks about it, but I was curious about that too. But I guess because he didn't fuse with Goku's cells to become Super Perfect Cell, he may not have those Zenkai abilities as strongly. I don't know it if was a dub-ism where they mention Cell's cells fused with Goku's when he regenerated after his explosion, but I think that was the reason he started gaining such ridiculous power boosts.
