Ostarine the week of the fight would do the opposite of what kevin is claiming. Having taken a cycle of it I know it take a 2 week loading phase before it does anything. Then once you've done the loading phase you wouldn't lose wait immediately you'd actually gain water weight for the first post loading phase week.
