If you drop a piece of scrap while near the sawtooth, it will play with the scrap instead of trying to bite you. Sometimes it drops teeth while doing that.

that's how you get teeth for enameled glass...I should show you that I have almost 200 hours on the game, but good to know information none the less

@AdamantineAdventurers Yep, Subnautica is an old favorite, and it's so much fun to watch how others react and interact with it. Have you checked out the modding scene for it yet?

A little, what i was most interested in was the multiplayer mod, but since subnautica 2 is announcing multiplayer I may just wait for that
