Devin White is a fantastic person as well as great linebacker. He is just what the Birds need for toughness, experience, and balance on the defense. He was wise, for choosing the Birds, l like and respect his process in choosing the Eagles to play for. It wasn't about the money, for him. It is about a quality organization that care about it's players and a love for the Game.

As a Bucs fan I would never take away from what White did for us! I absolutely love his game. I understand why they let him go. He lost a FULL step and a half on his speed as a LB. He preinjury was someone to you did not want to run into on the field! Post injury was a completely different Devin White. I was really wishing his recovery to be a great and fast one and have him come out stronger than before, but that did not happen. As sad as it was to see him go, I understand why Tampa did let him go. I still wish him the best in his career. I have no hate towards him, but I don't think that would happen BECAUSE i think there is something MORE than just the injury that was talked about..... Good luck Devin you will always have a piece of our hearts for sure.

As a bucs fan and I can't speak for all bucs fans but I definitely appreciated his time while he was here in Tampa even when his last 2 seasons were good at best. But to say Tampa is a small market, to say it isn't about the money is all complete garbage. Devin was asking for $100M before he stepped foot in a NFL stadium, he was asking for a huge contract during year 4 of his 5 year contract. Devin was posting cryptic posts on IG/SC about leaving the Bucs. We'll never know now but I'm almost certain the front office would have worked to sign him back. We've signed back all of our studs! Evans, wirfs, Winfield, lavonte, vita and Baker He went about the situation wrong and maybe it had to do with him not being as mature as he is now. If he had stayed patient and not greedy he'd still be in Tampa happy with a solid contract. Regardless I'm happy for what he did for us and it would have been nice if he stayed but he can be Philly's problem now. I do hope he gets what he wants
