He is obviously saying that devon will ask shaw how to gain more weight without any bad side effects just like shaw himself . For devon to gain weight he obviously need to increase his ped dosage and that will ruin his health but with brain's diet advice devon could do it with less bad effects to his health. So basically devon just need to learn from brian how to eat properly /healthyand rest to reduce damage from ped use which is why brian was able to bee so big for a long time without major health issues.

Exactly what I have been saying. People say how long it will take for him, but the answer is nobody knows not even the professionals. Only because no one has ever entered the sport as a rookie with this type of level of strength. With this type of life where they can just dedicate everything to getting better at the sport. They don’t have to worry about finances or anything like that. Strongest grip in the world, strongest back in the sport by far, strongest arm in the sport by far. Who knows how long it will take him to be in the top 10.

People like Larry/Leonidas could already bicep curl and bench more than Shaw who has been relatively weak at those things. His main strength has been in grip and his legs/back, and the grip part is useless unless he tries to Vitaly people and not let people slip but u also need to be on his level first.

The trick to lifting that mug is locking your wrist and your elbow and lifting with your legs. If you put it down on a coffee table just squat down and lock your wrist and elbow then stand up. That mug would actually be a great way to strengthen your wrist
