Thank you all, there was so much to take from this video, and great encouragement. God wants us to bring him our problems and to leave them with him NOT pick them back up. He has definitely made a huge difference in my anxiety, I rarely take anything for it anymore. I dont worry about things like I once did, what good was that doing me anyway?
