I appreciate your honesty and pointers. I have had several negative experiences purchasing wigs after watching a “popular” wig reviewer from another wig studio. There is a particular brand that is super popular but has less than stellar quality control. When inexperienced wig wearers are told “you may just need to snip a few pieces here and there,” what they SHOULD say is “this brand could potentially need a cut to even it out.” I’ve lost several hundred dollars because of this dishonesty and not realizing it wasn’t my lack of styling experience, it was a truly defective wig!

Anytime you purchase an item from us and you feel it could be a manufacturer defect, please always reach out to us to see if it would be considered a defect. If it is a true defect according to the manufacturer's policies, and not just a result of box hair, etc, then we will have the manufacturer send you a new piece❤

You look so cute in this style and color Eryn! Good grief why are some manufacturers making such dense parting areas? If we pay extra for a hand tied mono, it should do what it's meant to do, show scalp illusion. And I'm so glad you pulled the hair back so we could see that "not so great" looking transition.
