I think it's insane we even think this is gonna be competitive. Levan is a 1 3rd heavier than Devon and its solid muscle and bulk with a very good arm wrestler behind it. It's a testament to Devons' brilliance. This is a predominantly strength based sport and it is like Mayweather V Joshua. No matter how skiled you are extreme strength and size will win out. Anything less than a whitewash is a fantastic achievement in my books.

He could be stronger last time but still don't lift as much, simply because he knows that's pointless and it's more reasonable to lift a little less for more reps than showing off his strength by lifting too heavy and risking injuring himself. It also makes more sense to train a little more on being more endurant, he already has plenty of strength. And I think that Devon is trying to fool him into switching back to lifting too much, because Levan is on the perfect path to winning rn

Levan is the strongest, but Devon brings so much more entertainment to the sport. If Levan wins, oh well, as expected, fairly boring. If Devon wins, it will be amazing and exciting. It is good to have a Levan for people like Devon and Ermes to chase, but the simple dominance and relative inactivity of Levan is not as much entertainment value.
