As a guy who had a gap of 3 year telling you, it is very hard to get into devops or cloud with that kind of gap. You can seriously try for Sys admin, Junior Tester jobs and can get lucky. You many need to try hard for 1-2 years as HR will sure reject your profile even after selection. If there is nothing to lose please try, you will get low salary but it will be better than any private jobs in other industries.
