Dear John, I met you only once about a couple of months ago during a presentation in Berlin. And having seen this video in addition I would like to tell you the following: You are obviously a smart, charismatic and outstanding person, with the ability to delegate responsibilities, to share knowledge and to appreciate and honor the performance and the value of "your" people. It is these (unfortunately rare) qualities that will attract even more good people who will appreciate and reflect your attitude thus helping you and your company to grow and develope in a healthy, satisfying and human way. Sometimes it is about more than the business, it is about an enviroment that feels like home... All the best for you and your fantastic company and best regards from Germany!

Dear John DeVore, of course you're a rich man! Running your own company, having great employees such as Dalia, and creating wonderful products must mean a sort of luck I really would be glad of having. Just think of the many owners of DeVore loudspeakers all over the world whose lifes you have been and are enriching with your beautiful works of art. And, hopefully very soon, I will be one of them! I'm going for a loudspeaker upgrade by the middle of next year, and I'm quite sure it will be a pair of Gibbon Super Nines. So I will be part of the DeVore-lovers community, and everytime I'll put on my HiFi and listen to some wonderful sounding music, I will be a rich man as well. Thank you for your great work, and you and Dalia and your staff and - last but not least - Roxy and Lulu-Bear and all cats and apes around the globe have a 🎄Merry Christmas 🎄

Delegation and trust in your employees is the ONLY way forward. Document your processes and hire accordingly. This is the only path if you want any sanity in your life. Remember that YOU need time for yourself sometimes and the only way to keep a flexible schedule is to have a staff that can take your place in a pinch. Keep up the good work!

I would like to see a series of courses to learn to listen. Kind of a mix between hot showers, q-Tips and music appreciation. I am convinced that too many are on transmit instead of receive while listening to their playback. They miss all of the music and give themselves plenty of reasons to spend money on gear instead of more recordings.

Dear John, I appreciate you and your philosophy and your products very much. Surely you have always been and still very diligent today. Respect! You're not rich? Certainly!!! Compared to Elon Musk, you are very, very poor. And compared to employees in the supermarket (or your employees)? Very, very wealthy. You say nothing about your annual income, nothing about your assets (company shares, private property). So it could be that you are richer than your viewers think possible. Please note that you have spectators who may only have 2000 to 2500 dollars net per month. For these, as a successful entrepreneur, you are not only privileged (freedom), but, as I assume, undoubtedly rich (which you have earned hard). Do you agree?
