I love how Teddy can come on here and spread so much love for this community. In a world of "limited viewership time" and the inherent competition that comes with that, it's refreshing to see Teddy promoting all these other channels on his platform anyway. This tells me Teddy probably believes all different content creators offer a refreshing perspective on watch collecting and horology. As I imagine he tailors to each customer in his shop, it appears he also encourages his viewers to tailor their tastes to include other content creators. Not just in watch collecting, but ANY genre on youtube, creators should be shouting out people they respect and give them some viewership love. Thank you. 2024 was an amazing year. I added a grail watch (grand seiko white birch) to my collection. However it’s true that the most expensive piece you own will often not be the most worn or even your favorite . For me my daily driver is my seiko solar chronograph. The blue dial is stunning. I get compliments all the time. Truly couldn’t fathom being without it. Congratulations on all of your success teddy. Cheers to you all. Happy holidays.

When you've parted with $20k or more for a watch, the fear of scuffing it up probably discourages you from wearing it much. It's certainly not going to be your daily knock-about, which is what this video was asking people. (Mine is a bronze Legend Diver, the finish of which is practically self-healing - the patina renews itself nicely, so I never worry about it.)

@@theknightswatch Yep, you did! While I ended up passing on the SUF 180, I couldn't quite get that design and concept out of my mind. So last summer I grabbed a purple SUF Kaaos (essentially the 180 with a Sarpaneva moonphase module). I've loved it! A watch for all occasions and definitely my most-worn of 2024.
