I see this, then I keep wondering why Khachapuri isn't more popular across the US in general...besides the cholesterol concerns of course. If it isn't round and pizza cut like this, there's a variant where the dough is formed into a 'boat' with cheese-stuffed crust and more cheese mixed with egg and butter in the center as a dipping sauce. Tear off the outer edges of the 'boat,' dip it in the middle...nom nom. also seriously it's meant to be shared not eaten whole don't stress your hearts or your digestive system
