Chef hats off to you for all the 3:45 research and dedication. One suggestion, heat and honey should be avoided for its nutritional value, further if we are adding gluten then why not use maida it's one and the same

Thank you chef for this whole wheat bread recepie. I tried the bread. It came out so well, perfect in shape. This wheat bread turned out not too dense and was able to cut it properly. The beauty is it holds the shape. I liked it mainly as u used flax seeds. Waiting for gluten free bread chef. Thank u once again

Hi Meenakshiji, sorry for late reply. here are the answers for questions you asked i used chakki ka peesa hua aata. Annapurna is also good . 2 instant yeast can be also used. quantity same rakhiye 3 ji pani luck warm chalega

Hello. Today I tried this recipe. I followed it exactly., the measurements, timing, temperature. The taste is wonderful. But the bread is still sticky in the middle. What could be the cause. I also baked it a little more hopinf it would cook further. Would really like to try again with suggestions to correct it.

Today I prepare Whole Wheat bread exactly followed your recipe. But outcome was not very good. I sid not feel any change in the texture of bread inspite of using bread improver and gluten powder. I feel difficulty while cutting the bread. Can you tell why I cant acheive that elasticity texture that you show in your video .

V nice seeing u after long time I used to c u on tv n once with yr dotter. Chef wen I make wheat bread it becomes dense can I put 2 cups aata n 1 cup maida n also add gluten powder n bread improver

I have tried atta bread from other recipes. The bread bakes properly. But whenever I put a slice in the toaster, it does not crisp up. If I keep for longer time in toaster then it burns but does not toast like shop bread. Have u toasted bread from your above recipe?

Hi chef i didn't use chakki wala atta but used store bought one I think because of that i think 350 ml was more for that atta . My dough was so sticky and moist that i couldn't lift and put it in the tin . Another thing which happened was the second time proving was morre than required it overflowed the tin

ye dough me pani thoda jyada hain. jyada aap is dough ko kneed nahi kar sakte. ye regular dough se jyada sticky hota hain isliye.🙏

Gluten has no issues. you may skip bread improver. We add for better texture.

For the commercial n hotel purpose, it's used..but you can opt some natural alternatives such as ginger, vinegar etc

calcium propionate powder is preservative, which is used for industrial production . bread improver is different and used for improving texture it has acidic property emulsifiers , soya flour , yeast etc. It is optional. you can also add 1/2 TSP of vinegar insted of bread improver. but bread improver is effective in making bread softer.
