Yes it's around the minimum focusing distance same as on mine, personally never had the need to use it for such a close range.

I have one but it's giving me the error code ic303 do you know how to fix that and why it happens?

That's usually a focusing issue, just make sure the laser is taking a reading and within range of the subject you are measuring. To clear just press the on/off button.
