Nice to see DeWalt bring back a power cord option. Dropping the AC cord option on a number of their items in the past pushed me to look into other tool companies and their products.

A cool feature not mentioned is that these lights act as great emergency lighting on a jobsite when they are on powered by 120VAC with a charged battery installed if someone blows a breaker or power needs to be cut for work to be done. These lights will just blink for a split second as they change over to battery power automatically. That's a pretty sweet feature to have if you've ever been left scrambling in the dark after power goes out on a job.

Pass through charging would have destroyed the competition, shocked they didn't do it.

If you like to shorten the life of your batteries, by all means charge them with all the time with a 'one size fits all charger' that DeWALT would have stuck in there to save on costs.

I always found the adage "a cluttered desk is a cluttered mind" strange. I've never experienced an uncluttered mind ! Anyways, love the reviews !

Welcome aboard! Great meeting you! For all those confused, I had to pick up some shingles from Star Building supplies! Wow, their store is amazing now and had lots of black and yellow. I’m going to try and do a little segment on the store in the next while. Most friendly staff I have ever come across!!!
