I did try the other heads. Did the same thing. I did cross thread the hose to the softest metal. Perhaps it is gold. Tech told me that wouldn't be the issue. I'll let you know what I come up with.

I can’t honestly answer, I only have this model. I would imagine the 4 GPM would be awesome for large jobs but have no real world experience with it.

In the past I have used a few brands and the connections are the parts that seem to always be problematic. In your opinion do these seem to be HD or high quality? Had my dewalt for 2 years and it now won't turn off when I release the trigger. Tried to get help from dewalt repair service. No such luck. They say they've never hears of this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't heard of that problem either, but I think I'd be inclined to take the hand held piece apart to see if there's some corrosion or build up preventing it from closing properly. I used mine yesterday and had issues with the power, seems it didn't like my extension cord but worked perfectly plugged directly into the outlet. Let me know if you figure out what the issue is and I'll do a video about it.

@@cynthialugo-medina7095 Make sure 1) the water flow isn’t uphill or restricted 2) the extension cord (if used) is rated to carry the current and 3) follow the EXACT order on the back of the washer. I think it says to run the water through the wand for a minute, plug in the unit, turn the power on. Mine wouldn’t work at my dad’s house and it’s because the water source was too far away. I reconfigured and it sprung to life!

Yes, as long as it’s approved for pressure washers. I mentioned this in the video probably about halfway though.

You should be careful when washing any vehicle. The turbo nozzle is the strongest one and it rotates so you could easily end up damaging vehicles with it. You should use the 40 degree nozzle on vehicles and you can use the 15 degree for wheels and rims. The turbo is used more like to do things that a 4000 psi pressure washer does, like wash concrete decently, but without needing all that psi.

Hi Jon! This is my first pressure washer, but I did use the 40 degree nozzle on my car, it was fine on my wheels too. I needed to demonstrate the turbo nozzle on something for the video and felt the four wheeler was my best option. I tried sticking to the metal as test areas and held back a little on the trigger when going over the hard plastic.

Just wanted to make sure you were aware before something potentially costly happened :) I'm still debating if I'll get this one or the 2100psi square one when they are back in stock. Also, there are some aftermarket hoses that are long, kink-free, and lighter which I see highly recommended so that is another thing I will get. Same for aftermarket soap dispensers that keep your lines clean of soap and they fizz the soap much better than the stock ones.

Yes. That’s one thing I’d change if possible, I’d have an on/off switch for the soap. If there’s soap in the well, it comes out no matter what.

Basically, if there’s soap in the dispenser, it comes through the line regardless of the nozzle. I would’ve liked an on/off switch so my best suggestion is to bump what wasn’t used back into a bottle.
