Heyo Dex! I believe there's a pattern to the bosses in this game. They spawn every 4 mins after 28:00. Some of them take about 15-35 seconds to reach you while others do instantly.

Fencer gloves, or thornfists are insane. The thornfists always retaliate with a crit when hit, you get on top of a boss it will literally slam them with your main attack several times a second. Fencer gloves retaliate with a crit when you block, same result. Both allow you to play like the juggernaut, running through crowds (or bosses) and mashing them into paste.

The real tech is playing kamikaze cleric with elven boots and thornfists and stacking as much damage as possible on your main weapon to instant kill every boss.

I don't think that's possible at the moment. The final dungeon bosses are much too tanky for that.

@@thenonexistinghero Necro, but with potions it's 100% doable. I did it with Shield Maiden using the dupe potion on all block strength upgrades I got (that I had potions for) with either fencer's gloves or Thornfist...can't remember which I used. It got very hairy at the end but I pulled out the W

About the damage numbers, phantom needle is so high because if a monster has 100 hp and you crit 3000, it only counts as 100. That's why some of the damage achievements for weapons are hard to get without going to third map.

I just did this challenge with maiden, had hunting gloves (forgot about the thornfists) and pace setter boots for healing. Got Transfixion as my spell after surviving the first boss. Went max block and defense on everything, used some pots to extend my pickup range a bit and got to lvl 75. Demolished the boss phase 1 and got phase 2 to like 15% before dying. Revived and killed it, all without moving an inch

the waiting for 180 seconds challenge doesnt have to be from the start of the round. you can play normal and just stand still for any 3 minute interval once you are strong enough

16:02 You can interrupt the auto aiming by just holding down the mouse without deactivating. That way you can temporarily control the aim and once you let go, it's still auto aiming!

When i was trying to do the 180 seconds of not moving, on the first attempt i forgot that i am allowed to attack so i was just using summons from rings and shield bash to kill things until i died, then i realised i am allowed to actually attack things.

Fantastic job. The only time you really needed all that health was for the final boss. Through out the run your regen was so high that you barely went below 90% health.

Amazing considering some of the choices/mistakes that happen when playing a new to you game as it happens to us all, well done Dex. I wonder if you have enough of an understanding how things work in this game to be basically recommending nerfs to though? I know that's probably not how you meant it but it sounded that way and I understand when speaking in German things are structured differently and that that could be the reason why? Lots of fun to watch as always but lets hope the game stays kind of as is for now and the dev can polish/balance things after all the new content and characters have been added. I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to play my release copy yet and have only played the demo months ago. I did notice though that this game although similar to VS is very, very different in a lot of ways. I've got a lot to learn about it before I come close to what I can do in VS but with 700 hrs or so on my new save in VS that's to be expected. Thanks for a fun video Dex that gives me a glimpse of the fun I've got headed my way...

I just tried it, it works pretty easy, I used echoing band, wind crown, spike boots, blood soaked shirt (and I got shadow cloak during the run that I used when full HP) and scars of toil. Now I realized that blood soaked shirt probably could be replaced by the shadow cloak in general, or swap the amulet for collar of confidence because honestly blood soaked shirt is too good

Yea, thats the issue that this was a livestream - I recorded all videos in 2 sittings pretty much when I got the game and this livestream was now some days after that. Like in the next video that will be uploaded I think I only have 4 characters while here I had 6/7

[GT- Game Time] 4:13 I believe the boss spawns at 28:00GT, but it takes 15-20 seconds to reach you. 7:32 Then it is 24:00GT, and so on with 4 min intervals. It spawns immediately. 12:21 Next boss should be 20:00GT. It takes 15-20 seconds to reach you. 16:55 Now the next should spawn at 16:00GT. It takes about 5 seconds. 21:45 Now, at 12:00GT. Takes about 20-25 seconds to reach you. 26:00 Next, should be 8:00GT. It spawns immediately. 34:40 Next boss should spawn at 4:00GT, but it actually spawns at 0:00GT because it's the last boss. It first gives red lights on the borders of your screen and then instantly attacks you. It also has a 2nd phase.

Even easier now. Get yourself the gloves which counter-crit on hit, get the boots which regenerate 1% every 10 secs and i think there is also a ring which does the something similar.

i think it does double crit im watching the numbers and im seeing 230 crits but if u pause at 21:26 u see another crit for 370 where does that number come from it has to come from critting even higher right

I did it with the druid with the 2 summon rings and the ring that gives you regen per active summon.

"it would be crazy if the needles 100% crit then had a 5% chance on top" they are tho. Take a close look in slowed down footage and you can see the needles crit for a good amount but occasionally they will hit for double what a normal crit for it would be (which is a lil weird cause its not exactly double) for example the part I have the video paused at shows needles crit for 470 and higher crit for 834. On top of this the needles seem to be triggering the aoe from the ring which can be 200 dmg when the needles crit for 800. The synergy there is actually insane.

Pro tip, you can use the shop etc from anywhere on the map. You don't need to walk up to it 😅

yo this might actually be a better challenge for cleric tons of passive heals pretty tanky base debuffs in kit big boss damage. think you are right with arcane splinters with an upgrade though that ability is so powerful for single target and aoe damage with not too long of a range. On my best cleric run on stage 3 i was able to stand still completely all the way through the final boss after standing still since 60 and only moving to kill the hydra. I feel the cleric has no real weakness and a very flexible ability because you can go HUGE range and spread the damage (i like to combo this with the fire damage for main attack ring) or super short range with massive damage increases (probably great for a challenge like this)

with a full decked build level 109 i was able to kill the final boss in stage 3 in about 15-20 seconds and it was only able to damage me to about half hp before it died without me moving

Can i say when u see weapon proficiency melee(shield) then the dmg is melee for the shield not the sword. Its the Same with the axes of the northman. His right axe can have Frost dmg.

Protip: You don't need to stand still from the very beginning for that achievement. Go get your skills, then stand still for 3 minutes. Also, don't trust a timer, or add another minute to it, because when you're selecting upgrades it won't count towards the time sitting still.

I'm struggling a lot with getting the shield bash achievement, I can't think of a way to possibly make it deal 3 million damage.

I did it by not getting any additional abilities and focusing on attack speed, range, area/cone size, damage. I don't think the shield crits so I didn't pick any of those. Was able to get it with about 1.5 minutes left.

3rd map, wall of ghosts. You can cheese all sort of quests with that including the dreaded 3mil damage for golem.

@@Bruh-el9js Pick Warlock for the summon focus, play on the 3rd map, get the Golem, upgrade it 3 times, take another scroll, and give it the Magma Fist evo, Ferrite Infusion won't do it. Avoid fighting where the golem is or abilities you have little control over so that you don't steal its damage. Don't upgrade rolls if you can, they're useless. Focus on damage, area, range, attack speed, and anything else that improves its punches. It might look like it won't get to 3mil in the first 20 or so minutes, but by the last 5 it'll have attacks that take up half the screen and damage the final swarms for tens of thousands of damage each.

I think, this is my view I'm not sure, the difference is how much you heal and how fast you heal. Health Regen is how much you heal (1 per or 2 per). Regen is the rate (per second or per milieecond).
