How I Oneshot The Strongest Boss in Halls of Torment

As Halls of Torment just had a recent update, one of the new achievements is to hit 100k damage with a single hit of the Flame Strike weapon. While I initially thought it won't be a tough challenge to achieve that goal, I didn't expect that we not only overshoot it by so much, but at the same time one shot the strongest boss in the game.

Quick note: I referred to this as the strongest boss since he has the most HP in the game up to my knowledge, as the intended way to kill him is to finish the "secret" quest that then deals insane damage to him. If that's not true feel free to correct me and I'll adjust the title.

Hey DEX. I discovered something. It might be known already but here goes. When we look up the achievements, and we see, “must be completed in one run.” I always the that was a 30 minute game play run. But I was wrong. It’s not the30 min… it’s not the battling the boss. No. It’s when you collect the dark purple gem, it when the run is officially over. So when I was trying, multiple times, to get the Golem achievement, I found if you get thru the 30 minutes of torment, and you destroy last boss, you can just let the game go… and do nothing. The golem then Rolls around like a child throwing a tantrum, and the game is still counting the minutes, and you will eventually get the “Golem Rolls for 20 minutes, Achievement.” Such a cool way of getting it. If you haven’t, try it. Be good DEX.

Damage announced in floating numbers is how hard weapon strikes. Damage dealt is how much damage enemy received - it's capped to enemy hp, for obvious reasons. Therefore, even with insane numbers you can only rise dps meter up so far.

One thing I don't like about this game is how convoluted some of the buffs/debuff abilities are.
