When I was younger I always thought Dexter was boring and not very entertaining to watch. However I have always been a fan of his physique and when this channel popped up I was quick to subscribe because Dexter is able to prove me wrong and portray his personality without being fake like many people make the mistake of doing. Keep it up Dexter!! Its only a matter of time before this channel will have 100s of 1000s of subs, the quality of the content speaks for itself

Hey Blade, I am a 52 yr. old Firefighter and I am constantly trying to get these younger guys to workout. I've worked out all my life have lifted since I was 15, played football, basketball etc. The other day some young dudes were saying guys over 45 can't stay strong and look like a bodybuilder, well I mentioned you and they didn't believe me when I told them your age, they didn't believe I was 52. Point is thank you for being my inspiration young man (LOL) and helping me prove to these young bucks that life style means everything!

to make it easier to separate the yolk from whites, use an empty plastic bottle. put the mouth of the bottle over the yolk and squeeze the bottle, the suction will suck it right up.
