If you listened carefully the secret was remove Sucralose and sweeteners from your diet and ingest more digestive enzymes. Sure we don’t know the super enzyme he has access too YET. In conclusion adding some high quality probiotics will help.

No drug just easy regular sugar, but cut your carbs down to 80s ~ 60 carbs a day. It's not about keto diet but more the fungus in your gut, bacteria comes in many forms, love sugar. Doesn't matter what type.

I don't know what types of probiotic or enzymes formulas he is taking but I can educational guest by the following: L.Gasseri (SBT 2055) A thermogenic probiotic strain studied to impact weight loss, L.Gasseri supports the reduction of fat around the midsection and prevents menopausal belly fat from accumulating. B. Breve B.Breve A thermogenic probiotic strain studied to reduce fat mass, B.Breve helps reduce fat mass naturally by improving metabolism and lowering inflammation. B. Takeaways: 1- eating tons of food like they must do is part of the problem, that’s why he take digestive enzymes; 2- You need healthy bacteria in your intestine, that’s why you have to cut artificial sweeteners (it kills them) and replace it by a good probiotic. The only thing you DONT know is the name of the best probiotic.

No refined sugar, multi-vitamins, and a shake (bag of leafed spinach, broccoli and boneless chicken breast), heated to a zesty 165, and eaten like a cupped quiche, followed by a slight buttock poke. Absolutely correct as when we consume more than 1 to 3 gm of protein we need high concentrations of pepsin and tripsin wnzymes to further breakdown of those proteins. Sine high amount of meat and casein which are of slow release take help of bacteria to do that. This involves gas formation makes our gut balloony.

Steroids are cool but if you are a natural lifter one of the best things you can do is to study the philosophy of Old-School bodybuilders. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy and aesthetic physique. Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice book on this. It includes 3 lean bulking protocols (diet + training + supplements) depending on your training level.

That's why you see more videos being posted from pro bodybuilders that have retired showing how they train, eat, supplements etc. Keep your secret if your competing if not share it.
