Everything he says is still important dont get me wrong, i enjoy his videos, but steroids are a major part in why hes big and maybe he thinks that would hurt his image and bottom line if he would acknowledged that. In reality, at least to me, it does hurt his mr nice guy and gym bro image, because being open about roids and their negatives when you take them is important, otherwise you will impact your mostly young viewer-base negatively, because none of his fans will ever get as big as him without them, but sam is portraying something else differently to younger fans, work as hard as him and you will get big, which just isnt true.

By far the best video you've made yet. People vastly underestimate just how dangerous steroids can be, how bad of an influence influencers can have, and why it's vital to max out one's true potential before making any potential regrettable decisions.
@NickSampson7778 ай бұрын
Bro I love this video, between 19 and 21 years old I took steroids and it messed up the way I would look at myself so when I got off it was hard because libido immediately shot down, I had to regain my confidence again and get used to being natural and normal. No matter what even if you're taking trt you cannot stay on a cycle that long you have to eventually come off. The psychological affects after you take them will definitely change your perspective. The key is to love yourself, not damage yourself.
@timmyjohnson11958 ай бұрын
I was on TRT for a year but I did have “valid” reasons. My testosterone was at 215mg. I believe normal range is 264-915. While on it, I really did feel incredible. I also gained mass like crazy(obviously). I ballooned to 215 at 5’11. After being typically in the 184-190 range. But the mood swings affected me and my wife and she hated it. Especially being the one to pin me twice a week. I got off it and last time I got my blood drawn, I was at 450. While not high, it’s definitely not where it was(I still don’t know why I gained 200mg, after being off it for the last 8 months). I will say, though the first 2 to 4 weeks were horrible. My anxiety was heighten, so bad, and I was getting panic attacks at work nonstop. I did feel like my Blood pressure was higher as well, which I HATED that feeling. Now everything is normal but I don’t feel that “crazy rush” I did while on it.
@NotYourFriend198 ай бұрын
This is such a crazy take on TRT. TRT is literally prescribed as a hormone replacement therapy that is intended to be taken long term, even lifelong. You can come off, but cycling TRT is literally pointless. Cycling test, which is the same drug, but not for the same reason, is what you’re talking about. TRT is for people struggling with T levels… test is for idiots wanting to cycle. TRT is quite literally regarded as a drug that should be used indefinitely lol

Great Video Jesse. I will tell you a little story of myself. I am 24 years old, I have been training in the gym for 6 years. I started because I was very skinny. 189 cm tall and 70 kg heavy. I didn't see any result for 3 years. It did work, but it was very, very slow. Then I became interested in steroids. I started reading and realized how many negative effects they have on our body, precisely because I had living examples around me. I decided to start educating myself a lot in terms of anatomy and physiology, biochemistry and set myself the goal of achieving a natural physique that is achieved with steroids. Today I am 193 cm tall and weigh 106 kg. Like many people even younger than me, I get asked if I take steroids and that makes me happy, it motivates me to keep training and push my body to the limit purely naturally. People smaller than me in the gym tell me very often (This is the physique I want to achieve). The lesson here is educate yourself. Don't take the short cut (steroids) because the price is very high. Set a goal and push, nothing is impossible

I'm 13, very soon to turn 14, and growing up in this time has been confusing for me and other kids my age, I started lifting weights on my 13th birthday and I'm very proud of how far I've come but the fitness industry is pushing the use of steroids on everyone, especially for children like me, who's brains are still developing.
@malakas38088 ай бұрын
modern youtube / instagram /tiktok influencers have set unrealistic standards for everybody "normal looking guy" so you dont gotta ever compare yourself to someone like sam or cbum because they're like 10 years older than you and taking steroids + training for several years. just train normally and dont ever take PEDs since you know what risks it can bring. always stay natty for your own and your familys and friends sake.

i’m convinced comments like these are made by 40 year old english teachers no kid says “growing up in this time has been confusing for me and other kids my age”

buddy, you're pretty much 14, not 8 years old. You should be mature enough to understand that you shouldn't just blindly listen or wanna be like people because their social media or lifestyle looks cool or whatever. Wait till your 21, by then you will have been lifting for a long time and will be jacked and you wont even want steroids anymore, because most of the people who were on steroids now will likely be dead or off steroids and out of shape.
@alejandrocortes33418 ай бұрын
also, you just started. Give it time bro you are young your body isnt gonna get as jacked as a 30 year old just because you want it to, it will take years but take it from me as a buff 17 almost 18 year old who started lifting 2 years ago at 15 almost 16, you will be leaps and bounds bigger and in better shape than EVERY SINGLE one of your friends or peers by 18 and from the on you will be in better shape than 99% of the population. Steroids will be useless when you look so much better than everyone already.

As a female who works out, I don’t do it for a bigger ass or whatever standards today’s society pushes on both women and men. I do it to feel better about my body and stay healthy. When it comes down to it plainly, whether it be power lifting or whatnot, fitness should be to better an individual. Outside and peer pressure should not come into the equation whatsoever. Work out to stay healthy, not to achieve highly over the top aesthetics. People like Sam Sulek worry me because the amount of steroids he’s taking he’d be lucky if he makes it past his 30’s. Thanks for the video Jesse, your content is always golden.

well maybe when eventually sam will pay the price for his usage, kids will have a wake up call. I dont wish it upon him or anyone else, but hes exploiting it as well, otherwise he would be more open with it and share the negatives as well like more plates more dates for example.

I love the fact that people are honest and the only problem with these is that the government makes them illegal, and the harm is done all by the illegal substances. Make them legal and give people a way to take them and to know what they are taking and you will see safer use

Huge respect for making this video Jesse, the message in this video is really important. I think a lot of people are searching for fulfilment and desire external recognition, but not enough people are actually educated on negatives vs the benefits. So great job.
