I find it hilarious that season 4’s sub plot begins with Quinn having beef with Dexter then Quinn trying to be besties with Dexter because he thinks Dexter hates him, but has beef with him again because Dexter is just being passive. LOL

Lol what? He didn't want to be besties with him, he was just trying to kiss up to Dexter, because Dexter witnessed him taking money from a crime scene. He didn't want Dexter to out him as a dirty cop since that would risk his job. But since Dexter called / implied Quinn was dirty to his face, that made Quinn upset again.

@@zach6215 yeah I know. I just find it funny that he ends up hating him again over Dexter being unintentionally passive aggressive. Like when Dexter says “I don’t care if you’re a dirty cop Quinn.” And he just takes it so personal. LOL

@@The_Platinum_Realist Yeah it was kinda funny, that's what I like about the show. It has a lot of dark themes, but Dexter not knowing how to interact with people is always funny. Like especially the scene where he pushes Astor into the pool because he saw another dad do it, and everyone just got mad him.

​Quinn scales alot higher than doakes buddy ap/dura outscale Via;tanking hits from batista ,and batista has the ap to damage brian whom was able to oneshot dexter Quinn lacks combat skill but is very strong And imo quinn>dexter physically With prep dex wins though

@@hector8962 Dexter has a better physique despite being shorter Dexter has studied advanced jiu jitsu,judo,MMA Dexter has been able to take down doakes more than on one occasion despite doakes being bigger in size doakes is more heavily muscled then Quinn and Dexter doakes has also severed in the Military,marines,army,special ops,black ops doakes specialises in hand to hand combat knowing boxing and MMA Dexter has been able to keep up with stronger foes being able to capacitate ray speltzer who is a steroid user who knows kick boxing and wrestling yet Dexter Managed to still keep up a fight with him Dexter has been stated to frequently going to the gym stated throughout the shows Dexter has a strict morning workout routine with morning jogs treadmill runs push ups and it’s even stated in the novels Dexter is very obsessed with keeping a packed fit body Dexter easily wins this stop the yapping

Debra was the one with the most personality followed by Batista, Musuka, LaGuarta then Doakes. Ever scene Quinn was in felt like something out of a cheap dime store detective novel.

Being in the army doesn’t make you a good fighter. They mainly teach you how to handle weapons, and combat tactics, not hand-to-hand combat. Of course, there is some, but not as much as someone who focuses on martial arts. It doesn’t mean Doakes is not good, but not because “he was in the army”. Lot of people were in the army…

@@juzoli Except Doakes was ex-special OPS, meaning he received WAY better training than the average soldier or police officer like Quinn. If Dexter can take him on then he wouldn’t have much problem dealing with Quinn.

@ An ex-special ops, who stopped training years ago, can easily lose against someone, who is actively training MMA. Both received martial arts training, that’s what matters, being a soldier doesn’t add much to it.
