I did 30 years in the AF and retired in Nov 2015. Glad you enjoyed your first visit to an AF base. Good luck to your daughter in her AF career! I use to have 34 inch legs (really) and it was all because of Kai Greene, I loved how he looked, I would train those suckers everyday, all I did was Leg press, curls, and wall planks for the finish. I started at 27 inch legs yeah I was blessed already and in two years I hit 34 inch legs and suffered as well. You can't really wear jeans that look good anymore and honestly, I am not even competing just wanted them, so what is the point? Now I got them to 30 which I feel are perfect to keep an aesthetic look yet still look and feel big plus your balls will thank you. I feel Dex's pain!
