Gino, the owner introduced you to me at his gym the day before the show at the Platinum gym in Queens, NY. . I'm the bodybuilder that has has been type 1 diabetic since I was 11 (I'm 43 now) I got my WNBF pro card in 2008 (lightweight) competed in 17 shows (NPC, INBF, WNBF) took some time off (but still training and doing cardio) because I'm a dad now, got a 6 year old son that loves doing the mandatory poses (like his dad!!) and doing calisthenics. (future bodybuilder) My son and I took a pic with Victor Martinez 2 years ago and he loved it!!..He's my boy and motivation every day !! I'm going to probably do classic physique after I get my bachelors in graphic design in about a year. You should make a Dexter Jackson Classic in Queens N.Y. or NYC!! LA fitness has promoted a bunch of idiots. Why they wouldn't want free publicity and advertisement beats the crap out of me. Dexter training at LA. You dont think that would increase sales? Something's wrong with the higher ups. Besides, regardless of the architecture, all LA fitness' look alike inside and out. You can see the posters on the wall, the racquetball courts, the entrance/exit, the floor setup, not to mention the freakin name on the weights. Its like trying to camouflage the emblems of a car not considering the fact that all corvettes look alike regardless of the upgrades. LA has imbeciles in charge. Great video Dexter. 21's are one of my favorite exercises for biceps. How many sets of 21's do you do and do you do 21's with dumbbells, E-Z curl bar, other than the barbell, and do you mix different biceps exercises with 21's such as doing 21's with preacher curls?
