This is why I think this guy should be mr Olympia 2019. For a start he is a worker , he grafts in that gym , turns up every day , does what needs to be done. Secondly he is inspiration for all of us, the oldest cat on that stage but he is probably one of the damn healthiest. Yes I know it’s not the most healthy sport, but for longevity this guy takes the gold. And finally , he is a genuine nice guy. I for one hope you win again this year sir. Good bless all ✌️

Anyone else plays these in the background when in the gym? Hearing the greats go at it really pumps you up! I remember being a kid (early/mid 2000s), my older Bro used to have Bodybuilding magazines and I used to see Jay, Dex, and Ronnie in there all the time even though I knew nothing of the sport or did I follow it at that age. What I remember most though, is the words - The Blade. I didn't start following bodybuilding till coming across Nick's Strength and Power about 4 years ago and then decided I wanted to compete at least once. Funny how it all came full circle.

As a huge fan and someone wishing to see you win the Mr. O this year......I'm telling ya, man, no matter how much improvements you have made, everyone, including the Judges, are going to be keeping close eye on your midsection and everyone else's midsection. This may be the determining factor, as it was for Rhoden last year. The stomach must be pulled in at all times, even in between poses...ON stage to Off stage its gotta stay sucked in no matter what, even under heavy breathing.
