Thanks Dexter Sir ... For listening to me about breeding of African lovebird 😀🙏 Tip- don't keep the nest dirty of budgies Keep it clean ... If u don't do the poop of the budgies will stick on their legs and it will be a problem for u as well as the birds ...
@carlfrancois26473 жыл бұрын
actually you can avoid that by giving them calcium block or mineral block the poops will form dry and circle

That will survived idol dex, the reason why 1 one them are very small it’s because nalulugi sila sa mga kapatid niya or let us say na siya ang bunso at ang huling na hatch na itlog. I encountered already that kind of situation and there’s no problem of that. If the mother will continue giving him/she a food it will be survived!

Sir dexter maybe you try using Baygon chalk for anti-crawling insects around the perimeter of your aviary as an additional measure in preventing ants from coming in. The product is really effective as per my experience.

Hi Dexter, I would recommend not to hand feed the small bird. Leave it inside but use something to divide the pot so the other 2 birds will not harm the small one. Also, the mother can still feed the 3 birds together since they are still inside the same location.

Sir Dexter, in the case of your lovebirds baby try to put some extra time. Separate the bigger one when you're giving foods, and bring the bigger one back,when the smaller one have already fed by their parents.
@abucaympsoperations78983 жыл бұрын
sir dexter, im also a breeder of various birds, i would suggest that in order for the small chick to survive, you have to move or transper it to the other nest werein the chicks are small, in handling chicks you have to dip 1st your hands to their feeds because they are sensitive on the scent of their chicks
@thanujashree24903 жыл бұрын
Dexter u can put a ring to leg for all breeding parakeets which can help u to identify breeders and baby parakeets and catch them and sale in your shop...

You can place the younger chicks with chicks of similar size in another nest. They won't be rejected. Otherwise they will not survive in the original nest with the bigger chicks. I've been breeding birds since the early eighties. And have done this.
