DF64V - Variable speed grinder (first look video 2)

Lent to me by Bella Barista to take a look at and see what I think. This is not a review, just my impressions as I begin to use the grinder.
Additional note: thinking abut it my framerate was 30 fps and he burr spinning had that stationary look on the highlights, assuming it was closer to 600 than 300 rpm ...it probably was locked on at 600...I will be doing more checks later.
