I am replacing the same crossmember and I am not sure how that triangle pice fits. Is it under the rear package shelf skin or over it. Is the lip on the outside of wheel house or inside? Do you have a final install video or pic? Thanks great videos

Thank you for the help. I have the old original one out, and it did not have the triangular piece like your old one. I drilled out spotwelds on aft shelf in the area and put the triangular piece under the shelf as you said and I see how it fits around the wheelwell nicely there. Problem is now the shelf skin will not come down flush on top of crossmember because its hitting on the triangular piece now. So I either have to cut the shelf in that area, cut off the triangular piece, or put the triangular pice kn top of shelf skin which I did see in a few pics online. Just sa during if you had the issue with it holding up the shelf skin and if so how you fixed it? Maybe it's just this 1967 it was a 1 off year. Thanks

@@jeffelder9544 in that case cut puff the triangle piece if it is not needed. The triangle piece is a part of the wheel well so if it doesn’t need replacing then definitely remove it from the new cross member. Worst case you can always put it back on.

Do heater channels have to go in first?

No they don’t. If you took out the heater channels and rear brace, it’s best to install them both at the same time using the floor pans on the chassis.
