@@julie-wheelersatlarge That would have added insult to injury Julie. We all have those moments. Since Monday this week seems like the whole of the week is like that. Monday I noticed that our guttering was leaking and thought a joint must have moved with expansion. I went to reposition the joint and snapped the clip due to UV weakening. It had to be on a T joint AND the down tube is glued in, of course it would ! After several hissy fits and buying the required parts and refitting it I closed the garden gate behind me and the hinges fell off. One snapped at the hinge and the other demanded to show me how rotten the gate is and ripped out. God knows that today has in store ... I'm beginning to think I shouldn't go for a pee ... just in case
