I was able to find every episode of this show either by searching around KZbin, or (in the case of the last ep of season 2) by going to dailymotion. The only thing I can't seem to find anywhere is the 5 minutes or so missing from the episode "Bad Blood pt. 2".

+Monique Chloe Nope. This is the second-last episode. The last episode of Degrassi High is called "One Last Dance," which features the dance that the characters are talking about in this episode. After this episode, there was also "School's Out," a four-part special that takes place a few years after Degrassi High.

+Teniola Ogunjobi There wasn't a third season of Degrassi High. After this aired, there was a made-for-TV movie (sometimes aired as 4 episodes) called Degrassi School's Out, but other than that, the series finished.

Season 3 is the "lost year" i.e. it was never filmed. We can conjecture from the school's closing, announced in the episode after this, and from the comment Erica made to Caitlin in School's out ("Haven't seen you in sooo long"), that the students were split into multiple different schools. This justified that Degrassi was no longer Degrassi and so season 3 would have been pointless given that School's Out wrapped up the summary for it all.
