DHAM one & only single issue is Massive Supply. 2nd is Registry plots continue supply which is hurting Full DC paid owners. Not everybody can hold , its all depend on personnel capacity. Never Talk on cost of land now , 55 lacs + 21 + 4 lacs + Dealer Tokaa = 80 lacs +++ plot , still chance to fall few lacs moreee.

@@MKQ_Videos sir jo dealers ka comission hai.. they deserve that, dealer ko log comission dene ko tyar nei hain , wese dealer rates mai se paisai rkhle wo kher hai.. seedhi ungli se log bhi ghee nei nikalne dete.. 😅😅 Secondly you are getting plots worth 80 lacs.. in DHA... What else you need, if you visit the site you'll come to know the realty

Loog barbaad ho gaye hein. 500 rupees ka calculator milta ha. Overseas tu marr gya DHAM kai chakkar mein. 200 Dollar rate par buy kiya plot Uss par loss. Plot 50 lac neecha ayaa uss pr Loss 3 to 4 year holding , khuch nhe milaa profit 30 to 40 lac ye Loss. Tension ki wajaa sai doctors ko fees woo bhee loss. Barbaadi har taraf
