Mutton needs to be semi fried in Onion to enhance the taste and burn out the water to avoid smell. Then ginger garlic paste is a must and later on garam masala. Putting raw mutton in already cooked gravy is something new to watch.

secret gravy.. its onions + cashew + muskmelon seeds boiled together till soft.. extract then grind to that fine paste.. try it.. u wont regret.

Vidhi Tandon first put ginger garlic paste in the oil & rest as shown in the video. I made the gravy by frying onion until golden brown, then made puree of it in the grinder. I had put dry masala which was available at my home. The gravy consistency came same as shown in video.

First of all the vessle used has no Kalai, all the metal is leaching inside the mutton and creating the blackish colour.. prolly the mutton has a good level of toxicity…with all those tomatoes and acidic food reacting inside the dish…also loved (sarcasm) how he washed his hands in that dish

Bhai,Bakray ka mutton to open bhagonay mein 15-20 minutes me kisi bhi haalat mein pakna impossible hai........Ha kisi aur cheej( Kutta,Billi,etc....) Ka ho to pataa nhi.aur ye line tumhi khud bol rahe ho ki.......Ye mutton auro se kuch alag hai.😂😂😂😂😂isliye ab close-up paste se brush karke hi Mummy k saamne Jana.😋😋😋
