Mustard Oil= 2 cup
Dry Red Chilli= 8 no
Bay Leaf= 4
Cumin Seeds= 2 tbsp
Whole Coriander= 2 tbsp
Garlic= 4 tbsp
Ginger= 3 tbsp
Green Chilli= 2 tbsp
Onion= 1 kg
Tomato= 1 kg
Red Chilli Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tbsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 3 tbsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/2 tbsp
Milk= 500 gm
Water= 3 cup
Rogan= 2 tbsp
Sugar= 1/4 tbsp
