All Purpose Flour= 1 kg
Salt= 1 tsp
Carom Seeds= 1 tsp
Desi Ghee= 200 gm
Boiled Spinach Paste= 300 gm
For The Filling:
Paneer= 1 kg
Refined Oil= 4 tbsp
Asafoetida= 2 pinch
Cumin Seeds= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds= 1 tbsp
Green Chilly= 2 tbsp
Cashew= 150 gm
Raisins= 70 gm
Onion= 4
Frozen Peas= 300 gm
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Dry Mango Powder= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 2 tbsp
